Brenda Basey-Simmons
Brenda Basey-Simmons founded and leads Sugar Babee 24hr Safe Place, a 24-hour safe center and resource helping families and children affected by domestic violence, trauma, or the loss of a parent—primarily in Northeast and Northside Houston.
She is also associated with Sugar’Babee Records. Alongside Coach Dr. Brenda Phillips Simmons, the leadership brings compassionate care and practical family resources together—from crisis support to everyday essentials and youth programs.
